We help with a wide range of needs, including autistic spectrum disorders, complex health issues, physical disabilities, profound multiple disabilities, severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. All our children's support workers have a Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly Criminal Records Bureau) check. They are fully trained for child specific services. In addition to our standard induction, they complete a two-day child-specific induction.
