At Ambient we charge a fixed hourly rate for labor (90 hour) Our competition usually charges an initial first hour rate of $45 an hour (this gets them in your door) If the call is for a simple repair (like a broken glass water level) Ambient will charge fixed costs for parts needing replacement.
