The College has been duly constituted under law with officers, directors and committees as defined in its bylaws. The College is not-for-profit as defined by section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. tax code. The review course is held in the summer of each year and includes didactic lectures as well as sessions dedicated to the innovative advancements in the specialty of spine surgery.
