Prior to caring for your pets, we'll get together for an initial visit so you and your pets can get to know me (and vice versa) We will go over a few forms, and your pets' routines. And, unless other arrangements are made, this is when I will get a key and/or the necessary security codes. Ideally, this visit should be at least one week before your intended travel dates.
