With two locations, Annex North in San Lorenzo and Annex South in Hayward, our 24/7 policy means this is a place you can access whenever the inspiration hits you, day or night. A studio that is yours by the month, not the day or week, so you can set up and get down to business. Annex's 25 rooms have 24hr surveillance and motion sensor DVR security equipment. What's more, they come in various sizes, from 12 x 12 to 20 x 30, perfect to address your every need and budget. Plus, we try to customize each space as much as possible to give you the sound you want.
