David has worked in the Property Management Industry for over sixteen years, as a Leasing Consultant, Community Manager, Marketing Director, and finally as a successful owner of APTS. David has produced many top specialists in multi-family housing throughout California and Arizona. He is a NAA National Apartment Leasing Professional instructor as well as a facilitator for Sales and Marketing Magic Brainstorming Sessions. David was awarded the 2002 Associate Member of the Year Tributes Award from the Arizona Multihousing Association.
