ARIZONA RESTAURANT SUPPLY. Was began in 1975 as Tucson Scale - promoting the sales and service of scales. During its 1st ten years of operations, the Company expanded into the service of restaurant equipment, the sale of related parts and the sale of used restaurant equipment. The Company's name was changed in the 1970's to Tucson Scale & Food Equipment. By 1985 when the Company was purchased by its present owner, Tucson Scale & Food Equipment was well created as a restaurant equipment service firm with approximately 70% of its sales in service.
