Had a leak that got inside. called Arrys and they sent someone out right away. Got a quote, very reasonable no hard sell, for what turned out to be a substantial whole in the roof. They also did the interior repair. Protected all my furniture and the lawn outside. did a good job cleaning up. Very happy with the job. I've found it rare that work, a repair, or jobs go smoothly, but they found the problem, repaired it on time and on budget(quote)

Arry's is a model for other businesses. Their staff is friendly, professional and they keep their customer informed as well as offering assistance with understanding the whole process. They were punctual and things happened when they said it would. They even went above and beyond helping us with an out of the ordinary circumstance. Their roof tear off crew stayed till almost 9pm to finish decking repairs and install all waterproof underlayment ensuring the roof was weather tight. We are extremely please with our new metal roof.

Had a leak in our lanai roof - another company "fixed" it. We had them back out at least 5 times and it still leaked. We called Arry's, they came out, gave us a reasonable price and set a date. The workers arrived at the scheduled time, were very professional, kept us advised what they were doing, took pictures to show us when they finished the job, and it was completed with no issues. We will use Arry's for any roofing problems we have in the future.

Great experience from start to finish. The sales staff were quick to respond to all my questions, and I had a lot. Not the least expensive, Arry's addressed several issues upfront, other roofing companies never brought up. With this information I was able to have everything completed very close to the original quote. By the time Ia factored in the longer warranty and the better materials along with the other details not mentioned by other companies, I ended up saving money with Arry's. A better product, longer warranty and excellent, professional service. Once I gave final approval for the job, we were scheduled for roof replacement within a week. As promised, by day two, we had a new roof, including re-sloping the patio roof. I mentioned a few minor concerns after completion, the next day a representative showed up, fixed the concerns. I now have peace of mind with a roof ready for the elements and several neighbors have commented on the great look of our new roof too.
