Artichoke Cafe

Tucked in Albuquerque's historic downtown EDO neighborhood, the Artichoke Cafe has earned a reputation for great food and a dedication to our community and city. It is a sensibility that translates into a warm and robust menu and an extraordinary dining experience. The Artichoke Caf menu is the result of a long-term collaboration between myself (Executive Chef Pat Keene) and chef de cuisine J. Martin Torres. My French and Italian culinary training and Martin's use of innovative ingredients and techniques fuse to provide guests a contemporary twist on classic dishes.
