North Charleston Inn
Bar Club in Charleston, SC
Just N of the Cooper and Ashley Rivers sits South Carolina's third biggest city: North Charleston. The city was incorporated in 1972 but its history extends far beyond the days of disco. Over 400 years ago, North Charleston was home to Tidewater Indians including the Kiawah, Stono, Wando, and Etiwan tribes, who inhabited the rivers surrounding the area. Pretty plantations started to evolve over time with names such as Ingleside, The Elms, and Marshlands.
