ArtWorks! Partners for the Arts and Community. Is a vital community arts center serving the residents and artists of Southeastern Massachusetts. Our mission is to provide an accessible environment which promotes participation in the arts through exhibitions and education. ArtWorks! Strives to collaborate with diverse cultural groups to spark community engagement. Situated in an historic 130 year old building in downtown New Bedford, our four floors are filled with galleries, classrooms, a ceramic studio, teen arts center, and an audio-visual computer lab.

We would like to acknowledge that the land we live, work, learn, and commune on is the original homelands of the Wampanoag and Massachusetts Nations. We acknowledge the painful history of genocide and forced removal from this territory, and we honor and respect the many diverse Indigenous peoples still connected to this land on which we gather.
