Starting as a mechanical repair business in 1971, Bay Custom moved to its current location in 1981. The original founder, Ron George, built a firm based on both integrity and quality. As one of the oldest remaining businesses in Denbigh, the auto body shop has grown and improved every year. Our quality and determination for client satisfaction is one of the major reasons for our success.

read moreWe can provide you with a written estimate at any time. Some insurance companies choose to do there own. If you have an estimate from the insurance company please provide us with a copy. That way if any additional damage is found then we can contact that company to collect for any further damages. The state of Virginia does only require you to get one estimate for your repairs, if the insurance company does ask for more than one, you are not required to but we can recommend another shop to get you one if it will speed up the process.
