read moreBienvivir provides a range of services to best meet the needs of participants, and this all starts with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). The IDT is responsible for laying the foundation of a participant's care with the development of the individualized care plan. The IDT is comprised of a primary care physician, nurse, social worker, transportation provider, dietician, personal care attendant and other professionals relevant to the participant such as a podiatrist, physical therapist or dentist.

read moreBienvivir provides comprehensive care to the frail elderly in the community who qualify for Medicaid and Medicare. Enrollment in the PACE Program is determined in part by the State of Texas. All interested applicants are first screened by Bienvivir to verify eligibility and then Bienvivir assists the applicants in assembling and submitting an application to the State. Bienvivir assists applicants with the application process, but approval of application and enrollment are determined by the State of Texas.
