Hello! Welcome to Blackstar Studio's website. We're a user friendly recording facility for musicians by musicians and have been delivering our special servi-ces to South Florida musicians for over fifteen years. Our clientele is refreshingly varied; classical instrumentalists and vocalists, folk, rock, jazz, and blues artists, songwriters and spoken word artists, Latin bands of all kinds, reggae, R&B, rap/hip hop, and even a 20 piece Big Band. There are customers who have dance programs or theater productions using Blackstar Studio to assemble their music and sound beds.

In the more than 15 years we have been in operation, countless bands, singers, songwriters, and those needing recording services have come through our door. At first most of the activity was providing bands a decent place to rehearse, then the recording part began to grow, and now Blackstar Studio has evolved into a very capable recording facility. Originally conceived of as a studio that would bridge the large gap between the many "home studios" and the numerous commercial operations, Blackstar has more than achieved that goal.
