Blaine The School

Blaine the School, situated in Massachusetts and providing six places in the Boston and Hyannis areas, has transition their name and brand to Empire Beauty Schools. The formerly Regis Corporation cosmetology schools will now incorporate Empire's renowned Certified Learning in Cosmetology (CLiC) curriculum into their educational programs and training.
