Bloomers Floral Design was established in 2007, the culmination of owner Debra Graham's multifaceted talents and unique design vision. Originally from Maine, Debra moved to Vermont where she specialized in growing roses. As a Master Gardener, her passion for flowers prompted her to visit numerous gardens throughout the world before finally settling in North Carolina. Huge or tiny, every unique arrangement is thoughtfully designed for you by Debra.
