I would like to thank you for visiting my site and seeking an expert pastry chef to build a vital piece to your special occasion. I've been operating in the Pastry Arts for over fourteen years, and received my degree from Johnson & Wales University in 2003. In 1995, I began my culinary career at the Sweet Heart Market as a baker and cake decorator. In 1999, I joined the Century Club, a private country club in upstate New York as the head Pastry Chef. It was here that I realized that I had a love for creating unique and exquisite pastries.

If you happen to serve cupcakes or assorted pastries, we have several options to display your desserts using a tiered stand. Should you wish to use one of these options please discuss this during your consultation or at least 30 days prior to your event date. Prices vary depending on size and type of stand. We have to get your yummy cake or desserts to your throw-down, and charge a fee based on the location of your event within the Charleston area.
