Founders and crepe chefs extraordinaire, Jack and Rachel Byrne have traveled the world together, working along the way in restaurant kitchens from Belgium to Thailand. Their experience and appreciation of world cuisine shines through in their signature crepes and decadent chocolate sweets. Self-proclaimed lifestyle entrepreneurs, Jack and Rachel started their crepe business in 1998 as a side job to fund their wanderlust. They bought a tiny vending cart and set up shop on a bustling street corner in historic Charleston, South Carolina.
