We're situated in an exposed area of Salt Lake City. We currently have a huge clientele to supply students with a true reality of the Professional Salon World. Our facilities are equipped for approx. 200 students. We train in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nails, Electrolysis, and Permanent Cosmetics. Cameo is a family business and has been for over three decades. Original family owners were Bud and Gail Reddick, and then passed on to daughter Brenda Scharman in 1986 who is presently manager/instructor and has held position as chairperson on the Utah State Board of Cosmetology.

Cameo College originated in the 1950's, in 1969 Salon Owners/Cosmetologists Bud and Gail Reddick sold 2 of their salons to purchase Cameo College. The college originated in Sugar House, Utah, training an average of 15 students at one time. At the time, Cameo College only offered training in Cosmetology.
