Carr Investigations is privately owned and run by Timothy Carr, a highly decorated twenty year veteran of the New York City Police Department. Mr. Carr proudly served with the NYPD from 1984 through 2004 and rose to the rank of lieutenant. He served as a police officer, narcotics investigator and sergeant. He is a skilled and determined investigator who has testified in numerous court cases during his professional police career.
