Chad Brown Health Center

Chad Brown Health Center is a not-for-profit community health center, established in 1968 by a group of community physicians who perceived a lack of access to primary care in one of the city's poorest neighborhoods, the Chad Brown/Admiral Terrace/Sunset Village Housing Development. We're the only community health center in RI physically situated in public housing, giving unparalleled proximity and access to a population we serve.
