Chef du Jour has been a complete service caterer for Portland-Metro and surrounding areas for the past fourteen years. Each event can be customised to our customers' whims. We utilize the freshest product of the season - including growing our own herbs and edible flowers and specialty vegetables for selected use. Wild game, seasonal mushrooms, nuts and fruits are standar ingredients. In recent events, we currently have delivered pheasant, wild salmon, exotic fish including whole Mahi Mahi flown in from Hawaii, kosher meats, organic ingredients including vegetables.
