
Executive chef John Paulk, and his wife Anne, founded Mezzaluna in 2005. Since then, Mezzaluna has become recognized for its outstanding cuisine, impeccable care to detail, and un-matched service and attention to its customers. And in 2007, Mezzaluna was rated by CitySearch.com as one of the best caterers in Portland, Oregon. Chef John is a graduate of Western Culinary Institute and upon completion was awarded a highest honors medal and the Diplome Le Cordon Bleu from Academie d'Art Culinaire de Paris.
