God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. These words of John 3:16-17. We partner with other congregations of our Synod to spread the Gospel to a bigger audience through several shared mission endeavors.

We believe that God has drawn us together to serve him as brothers and sisters in Christ in such a community. We come from a wide variety of backgrounds and faith experience. We are an inter-generational extended family living in neighborhoods from Monroe to Renton, North Bend to Seattle who come together for worship, ministry and fellowship because we share a love for the Lord and find joy in serving and growing together.
Christ the King Lutheran Church
read moreChrist the King is more than a congregation; we are a family. God has brought us together for a purpose, and provided each of His people with unique gifts to use for that purpose. Every member of Christ's family has a call to his or her special ministry. We are committed to one another through the bond of shared faith. We pray with and for our brothers and sisters. We study God's word together, raise our children to know the Lord, and enjoy spending time together. We grow stronger by sharing the responsibilities of our church family.
Christ the King Lutheran Church
read moreBaptized in water, sealed by the Spirit, cleansed by the blood of Christ our king: Heirs of salvation, trusting His promise, faithfully now God's praises we sing. Worship is the primary activity of God's people. Our services are centered on Word and Sacrament and are presented in an eclectic liturgical style based on the rich worship heritage of the church. Our 8:30 am service is presented in the more formal and historic liturgical format of the Divine Service. We honor our Lutheran musical heritage with rich hymnody, the sung liturgy, choral anthems, soloists, organ, handbells and other instrumentation.
