Once we receive your request for an appointment, we'll compare it to our service calendar and decide whether or not we're able to accept that date and time. If so, we'll send you an email confirming your desired appointment, and if not, we'll send you an email suggesting an alternate appointment date and time. In all cases, until we send a confirmation email, your appointment has not yet been approved.
