Attending a Sunday meeting is not the only way to have fellowship with us. read moreMembers of the church in Los Angeles will be participating in a number of events during 2014, both within the city of Los Angeles and worldwide. If you are interested in participating, please check with a local coordinator as some events require advance registration. Those who are unable to attend an event in person are encouraged to support the event through prayer. The items below are provided in addition to the regular, weekly church gatherings such as the Lord's supper, the prayer meeting, and small group gatherings.

read moreThe church in Los Angeles firmly embraces the New Testament teaching that all believers in Christ are part of the holy priesthood of believers 1 Pet. 2:5. As such, the church provides an environment for all believers to function as members of the Body of Christ through prayer, speaking for Christ, preaching the gospel, and caring for others. Spiritual gifts are also manifested through various practical services such as the ones listed below. We welcome and need your participation in the practical services for the building up of the Body of Christ.

read moreThese monthly perfecting fellowships were given to the saints in the downtown area of the church in Los Angeles to address particular local needs. While we hope that all the saints in LA would be edified by the speaking, the applicability and implementation may vary from place to place. On another series of shepherding the young people we are introduced to a booklet (light read yet full of insight) called "How to Lead the Young People". One main and effective point that was highlighted in this booklet is, "the main and most effective way to shepherd young people is personal contact."

read moreOur small groups are at the heart of our church life and community. Small groups are characterized by a vital spiritual pursuit, an intimate loving atmosphere, and a committed goal of spiritual fruit-bearing (John 15:12-17). Groups organically form and develop across the city, across all ages, and across all ethnicities. While we treasure the larger Sunday gatherings where the whole church comes together, the small groups add a more personal and daily component to our church lives. We invite you to contact us to find a small group meeting in your area or to request some to visit you in your home and begin a new group.
