Our Philosophy has always been to hire people who take pride in their work and then treat them with the respect they deserve so that they always will derive satisfaction from doing their finest work. This enables us to attract and retain the most extremely skilled and dedicated people within the industry. Many of our employees have worked for City Service for over ten or even twenty years and we're very plesed of this stability. We're training the 2nd generation as the sons of several of our original workers are joining our staff.
