I have nothing but amazing things to say about Claggett and Sykes. I had the unfortunate luck of getting into two car accidents within two months of each other leaving me injured and under a lot of stress. After reaching out to Christian Augustin and his team, a lot of my stress was relieved knowing that I would receive care I needed and compensation to cover those medical expenses. I was in legal action with a Bus company in Las Vegas they were refusing claims I was hit by one of their buses on the side walk causing life changing injuries. After years of the accused company dismissing the allegations Claggett and Sykes assisted my original attorneys to bring this cases to a close. The fore said company would not take responsibility for their responsibility of the safety of patrons standing or walking on a public sidewalk.. Claggett and Sykes took control of this egregious in competent act and called them to the public front and their responsibility to protect the public safety of Las Vegas. These Attorneys of Claggett and Sykes Aka Rockstars of legal issues and other attorneys on staff brought this company to the right of their wrongs of this companies bad business practices. My experience with Claggett & Sykes was the best. During the initial meeting, the process was explained clearly and the steps they would take were laid out clearly. They communicated with me very well as the case progressed, and were always available when I had questions or concerns. I was extremely well prepared by them before I was deposed by opposing counsel. They explained the deposition process to me and took me through a live practice session before the actual deposition occurred. Once a settlement offer was received, they were able to negotiate a higher settlement amount. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and the outcome and am very happy I placed my trust in this firm. Being hurt on the job isn't fun under any circumstance and Workman's compensation can be confusing at times.
