The clinic is conveniently situated at Poplar Ave. And I-240 in Memphis, Tennessee. From I-240 take the Poplar West exit. From Poplar, turn S on Brookfield, which borders the W side of the Olive Garden Restaurant. Take an immediate left off Brookfield onto West Rex Road. Our office is the fifth building on the correct, 1069 West Rex Road. Our reception area is on the 1st floor.
