College Park Woods is a condominium complex situated NW of Alma School and Warner Roads in Chandler, Arizona. The complex consists of 119 one or two story condos - 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms units - the majority being 2 bedrooms. The 1st 60 units were built in 1985 and 1986.
