About Us
read moreWherever you're headed, Columbia Bank has the people and resources to help get you there. It starts with "hello." We never forget a name or a face. Real human beings answer our phones. And our commitment to providing all the services required to help build strong Northwest communities is firmly rooted in our DNA. For the past several years, Columbia Bank employees have been rolling up their sleeves and getting down to work to help support Rebuilding Together South Sound. Throughout the month of March, Columbia Bank branches along the I-5 corridor in Western Washington participated in the Bankers Care Food Drive.
Volunteerism
read moreSince 2012, Columbia Bank employees have reported over 100,000 hours of volunteer time. Employee volunteer time continues to trend upwards as Columbia Bank grows its volunteer program. Employees are empowered and encouraged to use their 40 hours of paid volunteer time each year to actively engage with the nonprofits they are passionate about, recognizing the needs of their local communities. In recognition and honor of our late CEO Melanie Dressel's legacy of philanthropy and dedication to community, our leadership team designated Saturday, April 29, 2017 as the first annual Melanie Dressel Community Commitment Day.
