Our church is founded for just those purposes. We want people to be capable to establish or renew a proper relationship with God in as comfortable a way as possible. We want everyone to feel welcome in our church without feeling like they must commit or join, unless God moves them to do so. We believe it is significant to let the Bible speak to people in the clear and understandable way in which God wrote it. We believe it is essential for you to be capable to apply what it says to your life! Our promise to you is that we'll teach and speak in a way that meets these aims as well as assists you grow in your experience and love of God.

We're not demanding that he turn the Pacific Ocean into blood like he did with the Nile River at the time of the Exodus. No, all it would take would be something small like having our Bibles opened to exactly the right page when we sit down to read them and then have the specific passage he wants us to consider blinking on and off in neon red colors.

Who isn't worried about having enough money for retirement? But when it comes time to actually put money away for the future, how often don't we give in to the rationalization, I've got to live a little too. What's the use of having all sorts of money when I'm old if I'm not happy now? In regard to the second question, all we have to do is look at our expensive but unused exercise machines to acknowledge our good physical fitness intentions that never get carried out.

From beginning to end, this man seemed to experience everything and more of what fills an action movie. But when you take the time to read the account of his life in the Bible and think about what was happening, Moses had little to do with it all.

The whole concept is associated with scare tactics from the Dark Ages. Even churches don't make much mention of it in their worship services. Regardless of what people might think about Judgment Day at this particular point of world history, it is what gives definition and meaning to our everyday lives. Without an accounting for what we human beings do each day, what would be the lasting meaning of our lives?

The possessive pronoun "my" effortlessly rolls off our tongues. Why? It's all in the grammatical description of the word - possessive. We human beings love to possess things. In fact, most of our problems are about some dispute over possessions! Oops, maybe we need to rethink the whole subject of what we possess and what we don't. About 3500 years ago God warned the nation of Israel about falling into a false pride over their possessions.
