Welcome to Croissant & Co. We're that little place on the corner of High and Ferry in downtown Salem, OR. Come by at 6:00 A. M. Monday through Friday for our freshly baked pastries, croissants, or breakfast sandwiches. By 10:00 A. M. Our soups are ready and you can order a sandwich anytime to take with you. Saturdays we don't open until 8:00 A. M. May through October we're open at 9:00 A. M. At the Salem Saturday Market situated on Summer Street and Marion with hot breakfast and coffee served Al Fresco.
