Chef Joan Taylor graduated from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu program with honors and has over thirteen years restaurant ownership & catering experience. Chef Taylor interned with Swiss Master Chocolatier Jack Elmer of Jaciva's in Portland, where she was able to acquire more skill in the confectionary arts. Joan has extensive hands on knowledge of planning and producing a spectacular event. Some prior events include: Sunday brunch in the cellar (Eola Hills Winery)
