Cross Training Center

CTC's programs are diverse, innovative and unsurpassed. We're capable to cater to any family's busy schedule. The CTC's program offers mixed martial arts with a focus on health and fitness for both the adults and youth. All students are taught the fundamentals of arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and American Boxing. We provide Children's Karate programs based on age selection. The kids will learn traditional kicks and punches, with an emphasis on agility, balance, coordination, humility and RESPECT for themselves and their fellow man.
