Our curriculum called GOZEN is the 1st mixed martial arts program designed specifically for kids! Safe, Tough, and Fun, your child will be inspired to new heights of physical and mental confidence. And, as Sensei Dawn says, Don't forget the manners! Class focuses on teaching SOCIAL skills through basic martial arts techniques. During a 45-minute class, kids earn motor-skill development and a sense of confidence within our playful and positive class format.

read moreDawn Barnes Karate Kids is excited to offer an enrichment class for children 2-3! Karate Kitties is designed to help toddlers "learn to learn" by encouraging watching, listening, and trying. This class is also great for motor-skill development and parent/child bonding. The Kitties will return after the lockdown. The Tiger Tots encourages boys and girls to learn on their own. The class focuses on motor skills, social skills, and self-control within a playful and nurturing karate class. The Tiger Tots also earn colored belts to keep them excited about achieving goals.
