Departure Restaurant And Lounge

Departure restaurant and lounge is set to open on the top of the Nines Hotel in Spring 2009. This modern Asian restaurant in downtown Portland boasts the creative interior design skills of Jeff Kovel of Skylab Architecture, one of Portland's leading architectural companies. The design concept will resemble a cruise ship motif using the original port holes reclaimed from the 1908 Meier and Frank building. The Portland restaurant and lounge adds a 15th floor to the building and provides diners two rooftop patios with views overlooking downtown Portland, the Willamette River, and Mt. Hood and Mount St. Helens.
