Our story starts in Houston, Texas. Pastor Rudy had just arrived in the new city from the Rio Grande Valley. Three weeks into his stay he woke up one Sunday morning and saw this young preacher on television he had never heard or seen before. At that moment Rudy felt compelled to get dressed and drive 30 miles to visit this pastor's church, totally unaware of his divine appointment with God. As Pastor Rudy likes to put it the rest is history. After that 1st visit he dedicated to attending church every Sunday.
