All of our boarding dogs enjoy complimentary full-day playtime in our Daycare while they stay with us. We also offer special treats and Kennel Enrichment during their stay! All new clients must pass a Temperament Test before we can make boarding reservations, so we can ensure that your dog will do well in our playgroups! All boarding & daycare dogs must also be up to date on Rabies, Bordatella, DHLPP and Canine Influenza.

Teaching basic obedience commands and manners is not just for "problem dogs". Every dog benefits from "learning to learn." A dog's overall emotional stability and confidence is always improved by good basic obedience. Teaching your dog to walk politely on a loose leash at heel, hold a sit stay, down when told, and recall reliably are all useful skills that can be utilized daily and make it more pleasant to go places with your best canine friend.

read moreAt Doggie Zen Den, our grooming salon is unique. Instead of one large open work area with all the tubs, driers & groomers in one space - exposing your dog to all kinds of noise, distractions, and stress - we give each of our groomers their own private groom room, so they pamper your pup in a quieter, lower-stress environment. We groom by appointment only, so we can minimize how much time your dog has to spend at the salon. If your dog has passed a temperament test, you also have the option of including some playtime in the Daycare before your dog's groom, which is a wonderful way to provide some fun and exercise before their haircut or bath.

read moreAt the Zen Den, our Daycare is all about safety, fun, and friends! We have a big dog pack and a small dog pack, which are each supervised. Our facility has a 1/3 acre of outdoor yard space, two large Daycare rooms for indoor playtime, and a separate pool yard for water play during the hot summer months. The small dog pack also enjoys toys & bedding. Daycare hours are 7am - 6:30pm on Weekdays, and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays. We include a 2 hour "Naptime" from 11:30-1:30pm, during which the Daycare and Boarding dogs retreat to their suites for some quiet rest, lunch if provided, or special treats like Frozen Yogurt or a Peanut Butter Kong.
