to trial immediately following his being admitted to the bar. Donn took a
case to trial the day he was admitted to the bar and has been a litigator
ever since, forcefully protecting his clients rights and pursuing their
goals in court.
Donn opened his Las Vegas, Nevada, family law, criminal defense and
personal injury law firm in 2000 based on his dedication to client service
and personalized attention, and we have maintained that dedication ever
since.
Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Evening
and weekend meetings are also available by appointment. Our excellent support
staff includes a paralegal who is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Respecting Clients Budgets Through Flat Fee Agreements
One major way in which our firm differs from most other law firms is that
we provide our clients an option of a flat rate fee or an hourly rate,
depending on the complexity of each case. Our fees can be paid by credit
card, and we also make payment plans available.

while staying within our clients budgets. They also enable clients to share
important information with us without worrying about being billed for phone
