Door Art Gallery

The Door Art Gallery was opened in the fall of 1995 by a group of nine artists, as a place where they could paint together, display and sell their work, and provide art classes. The founding artists had already been together for the previous five years; painting in each other's homes and on site, but having a permanent working studio had been their dream. When the space on the corner of Bullard & Marks became available to them, they readily set up shop.
