read moreWe have developed traveling operations crews with all the necessary expertise and equipment to complete jobs in multiple locations. These operations units are our company employees who are cross trained in all aspects of parking lot maintenance. We have developed a network of preferred subcontractors who complete work for our customers in various regional locations. Emerald oversees the subs by sending traveling "Project Managers" to maintain control over the quality of work. Our subcontractors are chosen only after rigorous background checks and they must meet all of Emerald's operating and administrative protocols as well as, safety and insurance requirements.
