Employment Edge and Pinnacle Business Services were opened September 2005 and are locally owned by Todd (TJ) Person and Kent and Luanne Alberty. The firm is comprised of five full-time employees and one part-time employee with a huge array of business and staffing experience. T. J. Person - As founder, Vice President and co-owner of Employment Edge, TJ brings 30+ years of collection, human resource and staffing experience. A by-product of Dakota State College and a U. S. Army veteran TJ is certified by the American Staffing Association (ASA) in employment law with a CSP.
