Pollyanna Pixton established Evolutionary Systems in 1996, a business consulting company that takes firms to the next level through collaboration and collaborative leadership. She brings over thirty five years of executive and managerial experience from a range of successful business and information technology ventures to her firm and institute. As the result of a think tank she formed two years ago to address how to improve innovation in today's organization, she co-established and directs the Institute of Collaborative Leadership.
