read moreRUSH is a 45-minute full body interval training class that consists of a combination of strength and conditioning. Participants select their own weights and go at their own pace, with the guidance of a certified personal trainer. After your warm up, you will then go through a 35 minute, interval training workout that is focused on strength and conditioning. You will use dumbbells, kettle bells, bikes, rowers, treadmills, and the prowler. The final 5 minutes of class will be dedicated to recovery.
