My name is Kim Barnes Jefferson I am individual trainer located in the Boston area. My goal is to challenge customers in ways that will aid them gain their fitness aims, while teaching them how to live a healthy lifestyle. I teach customers to keep it simple and that slow and steady wins the fitness race. Whether you want to lose fat, earn muscle, or just look nice in clothes, I will teach you the facts you need to manage food intake, burn calories and resistance train.
