Since coming to Faith Baptist Church in 2006, I have found a loving church family. The spirit of kindness and friendliness is expressed each time we gather for worship and fellowship. One of the special joys for me personally, is watching the interaction before and after each service. As the Pastor of Faith Baptist, it is my joy and privilege each week to lead in worship as we open up the Word of God. My prayer is that the Lord will speak to every person's heart, and that they will hear Him. Oh, how much we need to hear from the One who is our Maker and our Savior.

read moreFaith Baptist Church exists to glorify Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, through worship, teaching, fellowship, prayer and evangelism. F stands for fellowship, A stands for Adoration, I stands for Intercession, T stands for Truth, and H stands for Harvest. In 1967 two pastors, one from Strathmore California (Reverend William Kotovich) and the other a Home Missionary (Reverend Clifford Roach) began to think about planting a church in the neighboring town of Visalia, California. After much prayer and planning and work a small congregation rented the YMCA building in Visalia and had its first meeting in January, 1968.
