I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the recent Service A performed on my 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 at your shop.
During the visit, your technician inspected the engine air filter. However, after the service, the engine cover was not reinstalled properly. All six locking tabs were left unsecured, and the cover was simply placed on top without being fastened. This issue was later discovered by a friend of mine who inspected the vehicle.
This is not a minor oversight. An unsecured engine cover may:
cause vibration or noise,
damage components in the engine bay,
interfere with cooling airflow,
or in the worst case, become loose while driving.
As a long-time customer who trusts your shop with high-end vehicles, this kind of basic procedural mistake is extremely disappointing. I expect Foreign Affairs to uphold the high standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and quality control that your reputation is built upon.

Literally the best. Everyone here - special/huge/thankful shout out to Alex! - is kind and compassionate. They give an ultra thorough description of any issue you're having, which is incredibly helpful if you don't know the ins and outs of vehicles (like myself). With any auto shop, you never know what you're going to get when the stupid engine light comes on. But at least with Foreign Affairs, you know you're getting the truth.

I always get our Mercedes services done here. By far the best in PB county and drive from Wellington especially for their quality of work, professionalism and of course their pricing is second to none. I really appreciate the honesty. Never felt pushed or rushed to do anything, unless it was necessary. Definitely use Foreign Affairs. The best!

I recently had my car serviced at Foreign Affairs Auto, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. They replaced my brake sensors and rotors and even fixed an AC leak, ensuring everything was in top condition.
The customer service was truly exceptionalthe staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even offered to give us a ride home while our car was being worked on, though we didnt need it. When the service was complete, they called us right away and even offered to come pick us up!
One of the best touches was the freshly made cappuccino they servedit was a small but thoughtful gesture that made the experience feel even more special. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staffs expertise and knowledge were both impressive and reassuring.

Exceptional experience at Foreign Affairs! The customer service was top-notchevery staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly. They were transparent about what my car needed and, just as importantly, what it didnt. No upselling, just honest, trustworthy advice.
