I had my car taken in for an estimate on a significant amount of work. The quote was sent to my phone in about 20 minutes. After I thanked him and mentioned that the work would have to be delayed due to financial difficulties, and that I would pick up my car later, he called me back later that day.
He informed me that he had fixed my headlight at no cost, as he did not want me to receive a ticket. He had no obligation to do this for me, and I am deeply grateful. It is a huge relief for me.
I will certainly return for the remaining repairs.
