Gasper's School of Dance & Performing Arts (GSDPA), founded by dance and performing legends, Kathy and Eddie Gasper, was unveiled in 2005. Kathy and Eddie have over 100 years combined experience, training that they instilled into their dance teachers and the next generations of dancers.

read moreOur performance division is made up of dancers who are seeking more performance opportunities, as well as working on their technique in a group as well as an individual dancer. Do you love performing and want as many opportunities as possible? The Grande Division dancers are required to take more technique classes to maintain team status. These dancers also perform at more competitions and have more repertoire for the season. Our Demi division is a great introductory to Performance Dance and competitions.

read moreTo keep everyone safe and on the same understanding of our policies, we require non-studio dancers or participants to fill out a studio waiver of liability. This must be filled out if you are taking a workshop, trying a class, camp, or intensive. Please download and bring with or stop by our Front Desk upon arrival. If a dancer or participant is under 18 years of age, we ask that their parent or guardian be present to sign the form, or the participant may bring the downloaded copy with their parent or guardian's signature.

read moreAs you may have heard, at the end of August 2015 we lost a beloved part of our studio family and company, Eddie Gasper. Eddie was a founder of Gasper's School of Dance & Peforming Arts, the FMBallet Company, as well as the founder or big contributor to many other organizations in the Fargo-Moorhead Area including Red River Dance & Performing Arts (1978 - 1995), Trollwood Performing Arts (1981-1991), and Minnesota State University, Moorhead (to name a few). Legacy: the Eddie Gasper Dance Tribute will dazzle you with choreography by the late Eddie Gasper (1929 - 2015) and restaged by his son Matthew Gasper and alumni dancer Patrick Kasper.
